Delivery Information
When will my order ship?
Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as it's confirmed. For most locations, we offer a swift delivery service:
- Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah: Your order will be delivered within 1-2 hour of confirmation.
- Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah: Your order will be delivered within 12 hours of confirmation.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on the time of day and your exact location. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.
What is your Payment method?
We primarily prefer Cash on Delivery (COD), allowing you to pay when our delivery person arrives at your door. However, we also accept card payments and bank transfers for your convenience.
- Card Payments: A 3.5% bank charge will be added to the total order amount. If you'd like to pay by card, please mention it in the order note. We will send you a payment link via WhatsApp.
- Bank Transfer: If you prefer, you can also complete your payment through a bank transfer. Details will be provided upon request.
